Registration


Registration is required for all participants of ICMECG 2021.

At least one author of accepted papers need to register the conference first. One regular paper registration can cover a paper within TEN pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

If the participants have companions with them to the conference, the companions could register at Companion rate.
Onsite Payment (Cash or Online Payment) is acceptable for Listeners and Companions, but an extra 50USD will be charged based on regular rate.

Notification: As coronavirus is spreading, online/vedio presentation will be acceptable. Online presentation will be arranged accordingly. For your safety, please inform the conference secretary if you want to choose online/vedio presentation. Also, you can register with the "Special Rate" below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 30 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-15 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 15 days ahead of the conference: no refund
* If the conference cannot be held on time due to force majeure such as politics, weather and disasters, the organizer will not bear any compensation and will not refund the registration fee.
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

ORGANIZER STATEMENT

If the conference cannot be held on time due to force majeure such as politics, weather and disasters, the organizer reserve the right to postpone the conference dates or cancel the conference.  Participants are obligated to cooperate with the organizer's arrangements and refund policy.
