Registration


Registration is required for all participants of ICMECG 2020.

At least one author of accepted papers need to register the conference first. One regular paper registration can cover a paper within FIVE pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

If the participants have companions with them to the conference, the companions could register at Companion rate.
Onsite Payment (Cash or Online Payment) is acceptable for Listeners and Companions, but an extra 50USD will be charged based on regular rate.
The Social Networking Event on March 31 is optional and additionally charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
