Instructions:

Keynote Speeches: 45 minutes, including 5 minutes for Q&A
Invited Speeches: 25 minutes, including 5 minutes for Q&A
Oral Presentations: 15 minutes, including 2 minutes for Q&A

Preparing Your Presentation

All speakers must have their presentation in PPT or PDF file storaged in a USB and bring it to their assigned session room 10 minutes prior to the session start time so that it can be copied to the session room computer.

Poster Presentation
The poster should cover the KEY POINTS of your work. The ideal poster is designed to:
* attract attention
* provide a brief overview of your work
* initiate discussion and questions

Note:
* The poster should be in A1 size (vertically), including the conference name (ICMECG 2022) and your paper ID. Please take it to the conference venue for post. Poster board and materials to hang the poster will be made available on-site. The staff will be available onsite to assist you.
